Jordan Graham

Profil

Jordan Graham joined Whitelaw Twining in the summer of 2022 and primarily practices in the areas of construction and engineering related litigation, as well as general insurance litigation.

Jordan brings a diverse professional background to his practice at WT. He was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2020 where he practiced construction and civil litigation, as well as criminal and regulatory defence. He has represented clients at trials and hearings in Provincial and Superior courts, and before a number of administrative tribunals.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jordan practiced environmental engineering. He worked on resource sector and infrastructure projects throughout Western Canada, the United States, and South America. His experience in engineering gives him a unique perspective on litigation involving construction, infrastructure, environmental and earth sciences related matters.

In his free time, Jordan enjoys getting outdoors and exploring BC.
