Amanda joined Whitelaw Twining in 2008 as an associate. She practices in the area of general insurance, focusing primarily on defending bodily injury claims. Amanda vigorously protects her clients’ interests every day, whether it’s through mediations, negotiations or in the courtroom. She has a strong, consistent track record in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and has acted as co-counsel in several complex jury trials.
Amanda achieves the best results for her clients through her persistence and creative problem solving. She gives every file her all in order to reach a positive, fair outcome and she can quickly and effectively finds the best path to resolution.
When she’s not practicing law, Amanda spends as much time as she can outdoors with her two young boys. She and her family enjoy hiking Vancouver’s many trails in the summer and skiing in the winter.
