Helen represents a broad range of clients in business litigation matters, including contractual, corporate, construction, tortious, real estate and lien disputes. Helen has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court, Provincial Court and represented clients in arbitral proceedings and mediations.
Helen is an experienced restructuring and insolvency lawyer, having worked on award-winning mandates. Helen advises clients on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency processes in challenging corporate and solvency environments. She works across a variety of sectors, including technology, advertising, energy and resources, construction, real estate and mining.
Helen values diversity. She is experienced in developing and growing professional networks aimed at promoting the advancement of women and other groups. As a director, founding member and strategic advisor of professional networks in British Columbia and London England, she is recognized for her work and impact in this space.
