Logan joined Whitelaw Twining in 2021 as an associate after articling with the firm. He practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation, with additional focuses in construction and employment. Logan thoroughly enjoys problem solving and advocating, and has appeared on behalf of clients in matters before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Logan obtained his BA from Simon Fraser University, his MA from the University of Toronto, and his JD from the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law. While in law school, Logan was the President of the TRU Law Environmental and Natural Resources Club and Co-President of the Oral Advocacy Club. He also served as the logistics director for the 2019 TRU Law Conference and as a student clinician with the TRU Law Community Legal Clinic, and represented TRU Law at the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada. He received the Dean’s Course Prize for both Constitutional and Administrative Law.
In his spare time, Logan enjoys playing competitive basketball, hiking and skiing as much as possible, and spending time with his family, friends, and dog.
