Profile
Pegah joined Whitelaw Twining in 2022 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2024. She practices general litigation with a developing focus on commercial litigation, employment law, and Indigenous rights and title litigation. Pegah has represented clients before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Residential Tenancy Branch. These experiences and her early exposure to the legal field as a summer student at Community Legal Assistance Society, working in the British Columbia Human Rights Clinic, further solidified her commitment to a client-centred approach to advocacy.
Her educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Sociology and a minor in Law and Society from Concordia University, and a Master of Arts in Criminology and Social Justice from Ryerson University.
In her free time, Pegah enjoys exploring restaurants and cafes, attending concerts, curating playlists, and spending time with her friends and family.
