Nina’s diverse educational journey has equipped her with a well-rounded skill set. She holds a Master of Science in International Health Policy from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Master of Laws in Medical Law from Queen Mary University of London. This combination of legal and healthcare qualifications allows Nina to approach complex bodily injury cases with a comprehensive understanding of both the legal and medical issues at play.
Nina has conducted several trials, appearing before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario. Throughout her legal career, Nina has worked with prominent law firms, gaining significant experience.
Nina has also held key roles in the healthcare sector, including as a Researcher for the B.C. Ministry of Health and a Health Policy Analyst at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) in London. In these roles, Nina conducted in-depth research on healthcare policies, cost-effectiveness analysis, and patient outcomes, further enhancing her ability to navigate medical complexities in legal cases.
