Nicole Korac

Profile

Nicole joined Whitelaw Twining as a summer student in 2023 and returned to complete her articles in 2024. She was called to the British Columba Bar in 2025. Nicole practices in the area of general insurance litigation with a particular interest in construction-related matters. She has represented clients in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2024. Throughout law school, she was involved in the legal community, volunteering with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program and Pro Bono Students Canada. Nicole was the recipient of the Dean’s Course Prize in Insurance Law in 2024.  Before law school, Nicole completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, while working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys staying active, trying new recipes (with varying degrees of success), and spending time with friends and family.
