Justine joined W-T in 2007 and practices general insurance defence litigation with an emphasis on personal injury claims and coverage matters. She has a track record of successful defence at trial, by summary trial and mediation. Justine’s success in negotiations, mediations and the courtroom can be attributed to her organized and efficient approach.
Jeremy joined W-T in 2018 and practices solely in the area of litigation with a focus on construction disputes, commercial litigation, and bodily injury defence. Jeremy has advocated at all levels of Saskatchewan courts, the Alberta provincial and Queen’s Bench courts, as well as regulatory bodies and tribunals. His practical, people-first approach helps him achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
