This September, Whitelaw Twining will participate in the 12th Anniversary Pro Bono Going Public—a free telephone legal advice-a-thon. Five WT lawyers will provide free legal advice to low- and modest-income individuals, including the homeless, via telephone clinic. Our goals are to raise public awareness of the need for greater legal aid funding, to increase access to justice in BC, and to raise much-needed funds for Access Pro Bono’s programs.
