Allison Dauz

Profile

Allison joined Whitelaw Twining as a paralegal in 2021. Allison has been working in the legal field since 2008, starting as a legal assistant and eventually becoming a paralegal in 2016. She works remotely in the area of ICBC Defence litigation.

Allison works closely with her team to provide the necessary support in order to move files toward their eventual resolution. Allison’s background includes years of working in plaintiff personal injury so she has the ability to analyze cases from both a plaintiff and defence perspective. She is responsible for managing and organizing files, drafting pleadings, document production, analyzing evidence, retaining and instructing experts, preparing for examinations for discovery, mediations, and trial.

Outside of the office, Allison loves spending quality time with friends and family. She enjoys travelling and has recently been travelling quite a bit within BC. Although she loves city life, some of her favourite adventures in BC include camping in off the grid/remote areas and finding secluded lakes and waterfalls only accessible by off roading.
