Profile

Angie joined Whitelaw – Twining in August of 2021 as a Paralegal in the area of insurance defence and personal injury liability claims.  She brings over 12yrs of plaintiff personal injury, disability insurance and medical malpractice litigation to which she is able to use this wealth of knowledge and vast experience with a well-rounded perspective to advance the files efficiently.  Angie enjoys supporting the advancement and success of the files with superior organization, diverse litigation skills and great client communication.

Angie’s experience includes initial case development, drafting of pleadings, document production, analyzing medical evidence, client communication, preparing Special Chamber applications, retaining & instructing experts, mediation and JDR preparation, all aspects of trial preparation and all other integral aspects of file management.

Outside of the office Angie soaks up all the love and admiration from her goldendoodle, Rosie!  She is a busy mom and biggest (loudest) cheerleader to two teenage girls in competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics and competitive Track & Field.  She enjoys challenging herself with leadership seminars and going for long bike rides with her husband (e-bike helps with tired legs).  For relaxation, she plays the piano or reads self-development / leadership books.                 Fun Fact:  Angie works with her goldendoodle and a research team to teach her dog to speak using Alternative Augmented Communication.
