Brittany Hounslow

Profile

Brittany joined our team as a legal assistant in 2013 and stepped into a paralegal role in 2016. She works largely in civil litigation with a specialization in subrogated claims and insurance defence litigation. She enjoys diving into complex, challenging cases and collaborating with the team to resolve them.

Every day Brittany helps clients get closer to a resolution through a number of pivotal tasks including handling small claims actions, communication with all parties involved in the litigation, drafting pleadings, producing documents, preparing Lists of Documents and Damages Briefs, writing court applications and retaining and instructing experts.

When she’s not at the office, Brittany likes to keep active and thrives on quality time with friends and family.
