Cerine Bariz

Profile

After obtaining her law degree from the University of Montreal and being admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2023, Cerine Bariz joined WT Montreal in August 2025. Her practice focuses primarily on Civil Litigation, Insurance Law and Debt Recovery.

During her studies, Cerine collaborated with different community organizations offering legal support to individuals and small businesses, which allowed her to develop a pragmatic and client-focused approach to law. She has also acquired experience within institutions, enabling her to combine a strategic vision with a human approach to law.

Recognized for her thoroughness and ability to explain complex issues in plain language, she represents insurers in a wide range of litigation matters, including civil liability, insurance coverage, and subrogation claims.
