Dennis is a junior corporate-commercial litigator with a developing focus on securities and regulatory matters, professional liability and errors & omissions claims. Dennis is dedicated to delivering positive results to clients, while honing his advocacy skills.

Before embarking on his legal career, Dennis worked as a special provincial constable in the Enforcement Division of the British Columbia Securities Commission. He assisted with regulatory investigations involving allegations of fraud, insider trading, market manipulation, and illegal distributions. His exposure to prosecuting requirements and procedures have uniquely equipped Dennis with the strategic know-how for mounting strong legal defenses in his current practice.

In his spare time, Dennis enjoys exploring craft breweries and testing his skills (at times, the lack thereof) on the golf course.
