Emily first joined Whitelaw Twining as a legal assistant in 2013 and is now a paralegal in our plaintiff bodily injury group. She takes a hands-on approach with every file and ensures that our clients always receive the best service and most thorough legal work possible. She is passionate, sympathetic and understanding of client needs—attributes that make her especially effective.

Emily supports the lawyers in Bodily Injury by handling communications with clients and keeping them constantly in the loop, corresponding with opposing counsel and third parties, preparing pleadings, analyzing and summarizing evidence, and coordinating Examinations for Discoveries, trials, meditations and other court proceedings.

Emily enjoys cooking in her spare time. She and her daughter love to travel, hike and they do almost everything together.
