Profile

Jonathan is a seasoned commercial and civil litigator with over 17 years of real courtroom experience conducting trials  (jury and non jury), applications, and appeals in Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice, the Commercial List, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also successfully represented clients in arbitrations and tribunal hearings at the License Appeal Tribunal, the Ontario Municipal Board, and the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors.

At the forefront of Whitelaw Twining’s Commercial and Civil Litigation practice in Toronto, Ontario, Jonathan has focused primarily on Commercial litigation, Construction matters and Real Estate & Real Property disputes.
