Through a mixture of experience, intelligence and hard work, Joseline assists clients and her legal team in successfully providing extraordinary legal services.
Joseline manages complex litigation matters and regularly drafts court documents, including complex pleadings and application materials, gathers and analyzes evidence, manages e-discovery and voluminous document productions, corresponds with clients, opposing counsel and experts, and assists in all aspects of examination for discovery, mediation and trial preparation. She works collaboratively with the client and her legal team to achieve the best possible results.
Joseline assists insurance clients in the defence of bodily injury, product liability and construction claims, as well as assisting in the pursuit of subrogated recovery. In commercial disputes, Joseline has experience in real property litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency work, corporate disputes, injunctive relief, builders’ liens and estate matters.
Joseline has extensive experience in cases before all levels of court in British Columbia, the Federal Court, and Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.
Joseline takes pride in being a key member of her legal team and assisting in finding solutions to a wide variety of legal problems on behalf of the firm’s clients.
