Lynda Hunsbedt

Lynda joined our firm as a paralegal in 1998 and has over 25 years experience in insurance defence litigation, with a specialization in catastrophic bodily injury cases. Her advanced knowledge and experience in this area makes her a great mentor to the young paralegals and associates in the firm.

Lynda has a gift in quickly identifying the crucial issues in a file and collecting all the evidence to support her findings. She is a thorough, proactive and reliable professional who supports counsel in their mission to resolve disputes as soon as possible. She has assisted Counsel with cases in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.

When she’s not at the office, Lynda loves reading, watching football and basketball, and spending quality time with family and friends. Staying active is important to her happiness, so she makes the effort to run, bike, and work out regularly.
