Paige Miraglia

Profile

Paige has a broad practice that focuses on construction, professional liability and general insurance litigation, as well as cyber and privacy-regulatory matters.  Paige routinely acts as cyber breach coach on business email compromise, funds transfer fraud, ransomware and other network compromise events. This involves assisting clients with a wide variety of privacy, data management and cybersecurity matters in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Prior to joining Whitelaw Twining, Paige articled and summered at Gardiner Roberts LLP in Toronto where she enhanced her skills in advocacy and litigation across an array of practice areas. Prior to this, she completed her JD at the University of Ottawa. While in law school, Paige was actively involved with various legal organizations and finished second overall in the Walsh Family Law Negotiation. She was also directly involved in the development and first successful execution of the Walker Health Law Moot, a not-for-profit competition for Ontario law schools.

In her spare time, Paige is an avid traveler both domestically and abroad. She also enjoys reading, cooking new recipes from different cuisines and hiking.
