Rebecca Sim joined Whitelaw Twining as an associate in 2024, having previously worked at a national firm in Vancouver. Rebecca practices securities and general corporate commercial litigation. She specializes in complex regulatory matters and securities investigations, and she also assists company boards and audit committees with conducting regulatory compliance reviews. Rebecca’s thoughtful and pragmatic approach to complex and sensitive legal matters results in effective outcomes for her clients.

Rebecca has appeared in front of the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Alberta Securities Commission, the Ontario Securities Commission, the British Columbia Provincial Court, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
