Mtre Carignan has been working in general liability and insurance law for over 30 years. He is an experienced litigator. He acts mainly for insurers in all manner of liability disputes, and also handles disciplinary matters, defending claim adjusters and brokers before various disciplinary committees.

In 2019 he became a certified mediator, recognized by the Barreau du Québec. Yves Carignan is a partner and member of the Insurance and Civil Litigation Group, and April 2023 marked the beginning of his second term on the firm’s Executive Committee.

He approaches delicate and complex disputes with exceptional humanity and professionalism.
