For years Whitelaw Twining has supported the United Way Foundation in hopes to assist them in helping provide a healthy, caring and inclusive community. The United Way Foundation has been helping the Lower Mainland for more than 80 years working with over 150 community partners. The United Way fund’s over 300 programs each year to create a better future for children, families and seniors.
In addition to the United Way, Whitelaw Twining has lent our support in raising funds for the BC S.P.C.A. (The British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). The S.P.C.A. serves to protect and enhance the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in B.C.
Whitelaw Twining hosted a carnival themed party where staff donated grand scale prizes and themed gift baskets to be auctioned off. It was a great event and we are proud to announce that Whitelaw Twining raised a total of $9,538.50 for these two great causes.
