Jackson Li

Profile

Jackson joined Whitelaw Twining in 2021 as a summer student and completed his articles with the firm in 2023. He practices in general insurance litigation with a focus on construction, new home warranty, and professional liability matters. Jackson is a diligent and meticulous lawyer who takes a practical approach to resolving legal issues efficiently and effectively. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

During law school at the University of Victoria, Jackson worked as a peer tutor to assist first year students and strengthen the school’s sense of community. He also worked at the Department of Justice for one academic term, where he fostered his interest in litigation.

In his spare time, Jackson enjoys relaxing at home and playing video games.
