Ram is a seasoned litigator with experience in a wide range of commercial, insurance defence and administrative matters with particular expertise in construction matters, energy matters and complex, multi-party litigation.

He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. He has also successfully represented clients before administrative tribunals.

Ram efficiently utilizes litigation strategies to achieve preferred outcomes for his clients. Whether these outcomes are achieved through negotiated settlements or adjudication, Ram’s no-nonsense approach ensures his clients’ interests are protected at all times.

In his spare time, Ram enjoys cooking, travel as well as following and playing sports (when his body allows).
