Reihan Ahmed

Profile

Reihan joined Whitelaw Twining in 2025 with a background in employment, Indigenous law, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Reihan previously practiced and articled at a regional full-service business law firm in Calgary. Reihan was called to the Alberta Bar in 2024.

Reihan appeared in matters before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, as well as assisted on matters before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal of Alberta. Reihan aims to deliver practical results for his clients.

Reihan received his JD from the University of Calgary in 2023. During law school, Reihan volunteered with Student Legal Assistance where he developed his passion for advocacy. Prior to law school, Reihan obtained a Bachelor of Secondary Education at the University of Alberta in Edmonton where he worked as a teacher and coached basketball.

Outside of work, Reihan enjoys running, weightlifting, yoga, and skiing. Reihan also enjoys curating playlists, rewatching Modern Family and spending time with his friends and family.
