Rozita joined Whitelaw Twining in 2019. She maintains a general insurance litigation practice, primarily focusing on personal injury matters. Her expertise extends to occupier’s liability claims, negligence claims, and product liability claims.

Rozita’s legal approach is marked by passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. She has successfully represented clients in Provincial and Supreme Courts in British Columbia, earning recognition for her notable successes in summary trials. Clients value her attention to detail, persuasive legal writing skills, and practical efficiency in navigating complex legal matters.

Prior to her legal career, Rozita earned a Social Work degree from the University of British Columbia. She graduated with a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, where she earned a place on the Dean’s Honour List, ranking in the top 10% of her class. Rozita’s commitment to community service is evident through her involvement with Pro Bono Students Canada, the UBC Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and Vancouver’s Downtown Community Court.

Beyond law, Rozita is a dynamic individual with a love for gymnastics, barre, crafting pizza, and photography. Additionally, she enjoys the companionship of her two Maine Coon cats.
