Tiffany Sillanpää

Tiffany is a dedicated and passionate litigator with multi-jurisdictional experience. Prior to joining Whitelaw Twinning, Tiffany was an insurance litigation associate at a national insurance litigation boutique. Additionally, Tiffany holds 7 years of pre-law insurance industry experience working in Technology and Operational Risk at one of the largest insurers in Canada and the United Kingdom. Through her work in both the Toronto and London head offices, Tiffany has developed a keen understanding of the insurance industry and how insurers make risk-based decisions in tandem with regulators.

Tiffany’s practice has largely revolved around complex construction, E&O, and D&O claims with a growing interest in corporate commercial litigation.

In her spare time, Tiffany is an avid traveler who enjoys photographing cityscapes both at home and abroad. She also enjoys using her legal skills in pro-bono work with her most recent roles being at United Nations Women and the National Canadian Lawyer’s Initiative.
