David Kang

Profile

David joined Whitelaw Twining as an associate in 2022. Prior to joining WT, David practiced at a full-service firm where he practiced in the areas of insurance defence and commercial litigation.

David has conducted trials before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including claims involving bodily injury, contractual disputes, breach of trust and fraud.

David enjoys the challenges of litigation and figuring out efficient ways for clients to resolve complex matters. David is a pragmatic litigator and effective advocate that understands clients’ needs and the importance of timely resolution of matters. To that end, David has successfully acted for clients in mediations and out of court settlements.

David strives to build strong relationships with his colleagues, the broader legal community and clients.  David is also proficient in Korean and is able to advise clients in Korean.
