Emma Bozoian

Profile

Emma joined Whitelaw Twining as a summer student in 2022. She returned for her articles in 2023 and was called to the Bar in 2024. She presently practices insurance defence, with her main focuses being construction and transportation law.

Emma has appeared in matters before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. She is an ardent and unwavering advocate for her clients, and her strong work ethic and attention to detail allow her to resolve complex legal issues.

Emma graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law. During her time in law school, she volunteered with various pro-bono organizations, took on a leadership role as a law buddy to junior law students, and was a member of the Grad Committee. Before law school, Emma completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Victoria, where she focused on theatre production and design.

When not practicing law, Emma enjoys crafting, learning Japanese, and playing tennis.
