Nabeel is a dispute resolution focused lawyer who helps his clients manage risk and resolve claims involving property, construction, contract, and insurance matters.  He blends courtroom advocacy with practical settlement strategy, guiding his clients through litigation and alternative dispute resolution to achieve results.  He regularly acts for property owners, developers, general contractors, trades, manufacturers, and strata corporations.  Nabeel has appeared on behalf of clients in matters before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia as well as various administrative tribunals.

As the subrogation practice group leader at Whitelaw Twining, Nabeel brings a strategic, business-minded approach to complex, multi-party disputes.  His advocacy style emphasizes early case assessment, clear communication, and file management to control costs, while positioning matters for a favourable outcome.  He is proficient in Farsi and able to advise his clients in both English and Farsi.

Committed to community service, Nabeel regularly volunteers in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside and with Access Pro Bono. Outside of work, he stays active and spends his time with family and friends.
