Nesta maintains a broad civil litigation practice, assisting her clients in employment and contractual disputes, insurance defence, and subrogation. She has represented her clients in matters before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia as well as various administrative tribunals. Nesta is known for her strong work ethic and determination in advocating for her clients.

Prior to joining Whitelaw Twining, Nesta worked at a boutique immigration law firm in Vancouver, assisting clients with the intricate processes of Canadian immigration. As a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee at Whitelaw Twining, Nesta is passionate about promoting diversity within the legal discipline and works actively with the firm to create actionable changes within the community.

In her spare time, Nesta enjoys endurance running, traveling, and baking. On weekends, you will find Nesta either zooming around Vancouver in her running vest or seeking out new restaurants in town
