Profile

Caitlenn Bull joined Whitelaw Twining as a summer student in 2023 and returned to complete her articles in 2024. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025. Caitlenn maintains a broad civil litigation practice and regularly assists clients in general insurance litigation, both subrogation and defence. She has a growing focus on commercial, employment, and marine and transportation matters. Caitlenn has appeared before both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Caitlenn earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2024. During law school, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and a legal aid clinic based in Hazelton, BC. Originally from Prince Rupert, Caitlenn remains connected to her Northern roots and is passionate about serving communities across British Columbia. During school she also participated in the Bowman Tax Moot, where she discovered her enthusiasm for the strategic and puzzle-like nature of litigation.

Before pursuing law, Caitlenn completed an Enriched Diploma from the Canadian College of Performing Arts and worked as a choreographer and set designer in Victoria, BC. She draws on her arts background to bring creative solutions and strong oral advocacy to her legal practice.

Outside of work, Caitlenn enjoys sailing around the Gulf Islands, traveling to a new country each year, cooking and hosting friends and family, and curling up with a good book during the winter months.
