Donny Ahn

Profile

Donny joined our team as an associate in 2023. Prior to joining WT, Donny practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver where he specialized in insurance defense with experience in a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes, employment, and collections. He has represented clients in British Columbia Provincial Court and Supreme Court, and a number of administrative tribunals.

Donny is passionate about delivering practical and cost-effective results to his clients. He understands the importance of preparation and says that the devil is in the details. His meticulousness and observance allow him to effectively negotiate favorable settlements for his clients. While he strives to provide resolutions to his clients, he is willing to see a matter through to the end, including going to trial and recovering costs if necessary.

Outside of work, Donny likes to play golf and run the Seawall. He also volunteers at Access Pro Bono Canada and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
