Raffaella Rullo

Profile

Raffaella is a new member of Whitelaw Twining, developing a litigation practice in areas including privacy and general insurance. She joins us from an insurance boutique firm and brings broad experience practicing civil litigation in areas such as insurance coverage, personal injury, professional negligence, civil sexual assault and defamation. Raffaella has successfully represented clients before the Superior Court and Divisional Court. 

As a dedicated member of the wider legal community, Raffaella is an active member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers’ Association and the Advocates’ Society. She has participated in various speaking engagements and authored several articles on insurance litigation.

In 2018, Raffaella completed a Dual Canadian and American law degree at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts with a Specialist in History from the University of Toronto.

In her spare time, Raffaella is an avid traveller. She also enjoys live music, comedy and exploring new cuisines.
