Profile
Bronwen first joined Whitelaw Twining as a summer student in 2017 and completed her articles in 2019 prior to joining the firm as an associate. As a result, Bronwen has benefitted from WT’s exceptional student program and has cultivated the skills necessary to hit the ground running with her practice.
Bronwen practices general insurance litigation, including transportation, road maintenance, personal injury, and subrogation. She has appeared on behalf of clients in matters before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Bronwen is known for her versatility, committed work-ethic, and collaborative practice style. She takes pride in her client-centered approach to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Community engagement has always been important to Bronwen. While in law school, Bronwen was elected as the Law Student Society Accessibility Representative; was a Program Coordinator for the University of Victoria’s chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada; and sat on the Editorial Board of the Appeal Law Journal. Bronwen was also the proud recipient of a number of awards during her law school career, her most treasured being the Ann Roberts Humanitarian Award for making an outstanding and selfless contribution of time and effort in lending support and assistance to individuals within the law school, of the law school as a whole, and to people within the community at large.
