Our construction group provides a full suite of services to the construction industry.  We work closely with our clients to identify their immediate objectives, then craft innovative solutions to help them reach their goals as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Delays are the greatest roadblocks in the construction industry, so we attempt to keep our clients’ projects moving forward by engaging in practical and solution-oriented thinking to resolving disputes over payments, defects and deficiencies and extras.

We provide our clients—who range from owners and developers to insurers, sureties, contractors, engineers and architects—with practical advice and flexible service to tackle any construction-related issue. Our team is actively involved in a number of professional associations including the Canadian Bar Association – Construction Law Section and the Vancouver Regional Construction Association. We also have a strong network of industry consultants who help us resolve our clients’ matters.
